Meccabuild Developments, Inc. is an industry-innovating, privately held, property development company based in Vancouver, BC. Our “Meccabuild” name comes from fresh and innovative execution that will set us apart from other property developers. It is our goal to promote the building of more eco-friendly homes and to gain greater awareness of the positive benefits for both the environment and you, the buyer, of green homes.
We wiped the slate clean and began from scratch. Our primary focus over the years was to extensively analyze each step of the home development process to discover new building methods while maintaining high grade materials from around the world. The result of our hard work is we are now able to implement eco-friendly technologies into every Meccabuild home at market values people have come to expect from a regular home. Essentially, we have taken the high cost out of the early-adoption equation so everyone can enjoy the benefits of living in an eco-friendly home.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to build a community of energy efficient, high quality homes emphasizing on the quality of your living space as well and the environment you live in. To accomplish this, we use a combination of geo-thermal, solar panel and wind turbine technologies along with many other standard energy efficient features. Our key focus is to have each Meccabuild home we build to have an energy efficiency rating well above most of our competitors. We feel that the home building industry needs a change for the better and we are proud to be the “Mecca” of this new home development evolution.
