Do I need an appointment to visit the show rooms?
Appointments are not necessary to visit our show homes. Our show homes are open from 2 to 8pm every day. Please contact our representatives directly if you wish to see our show homes outside our regular hours. You can find our representative’s contact information at the top of each project’s webpage.
Does Meccabuild offer customization options for my new home?
Meccabuild homes offer a few optional upgrade options for our new homes. We believe you will be pleasantly surprised that our homes already come with numerous standard features that are not offered by other developers unless you’re willing to pay additional upgrade costs.

Yes, your initial deposit is fully refundable.

How do I qualify for Meccabuild’s referral promotion?
To qualify for our referral promotion, you first need to complete our “Refer-a-friend” form. This step is necessary so we know who will receive the award.
Is there an minimum age requirement?
The minimum age requirement to qualify for this promotion is 18 years old.
When is referral promotion award presented?
The award will be presented on the completion date (when your friend takes possession of their new Meccabuild home).
